Q:What are your office hours?
A:Our office hours from April
through October are 9:00AM to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Office hours from November through March are 10:00AM through 3:00PM
Monday through Thursday.
Q:When is the right time to start my sprinkler
system?
A:We want to wait until the probability of a hard freeze
has passed, usually after April 15. But if the weather is looking bad, remember to cover where the water comes out of the
house. An old blanket will work.
Q:When can I
plant my annual flowers?
A:Usually we think about Mother's Day as the start of flower planting season. Use caution
and protect your flowers from cool nights. Many flowers can not stand temperatures less than 38 degrees.
Q:When is the best time to seed?
A:Most people are anxious to start seeding in the spring, however weeds
are a problem. It is difficult to fight weeds and germinate seed in the same yard. We recommend seeding in the late summer
or early fall when weed growth declines.
Q:My sprinkler system
is running, but my lawn is not green. What can I do?
A:Several
things need to be checked:
Run
your system to confirm it's operation.
Check
to be sure the system actually runs.
Check that rotating heads
are turning.
Check the time to be sure enough time is allowed
to properly water the lawn, when in doubt increase the time, maybe add 20-30%.
Check
the days of operation, you may not have enough.It is important that you have enough exposure to your controller to be able
